Actual passport, signed, valid at least 15 month beyond stay with blank visa page

One Visa Application Form Q-2007 per person

One recent passport-type photograph

One approved JW201 or JW202 issued by the State Education Ministry of China.

One original admission letter from the receiving school It will be returned when visa is ready.

How to make your application, and what your document requirements will be. Generally, an international student is issued with a multiple entry visa for the duration of their study course in China. This allows you to travel backwards and forwards to China within the period for which it has been granted. Members of your immediate family (spouse and unmarried dependent children under 18 years of age) may accompany you to China and will be considered in the same visa class as yourself. If you wish to extend your stay in China for further study you will need to lodge an application for a further visa.
